Job Description / Duties

Are you a doer, a multitasking powerhouse who keeps their pipeline fresh? Are you smart, humble, and hungry, and are not afraid to ask questions? Have sharp instincts, are results-oriented, and have a strong desire to sell? Are you meticulous in your day-to-day operations, have at least 2 years of sales experience, and are driven to be a top sales performer?

What You'll Do:

Focusing on our central and west coast region, you will:

Develop centers of influence (COIs) and networks in the community
Cross-sell into the existing commercial book
Respond to quote requests from staff, group members, and all other sources
prospects
Ensure we have the client's entire personal portfolio
Schedule meetings with qualified prospects
Present proposals to prospects, negotiate terms and close the sale
Prepare all necessary new sales paperwork and submit it to AA's for processing
Identify potential groups and market to these groups
