 s.\n\nWe will be offering two separate sessions on June 19, 2024 (morni
 ng and afternoon) in person at the Capital Hotel.  * To accommodate tho
 se brokerages located outside of St. John's we will also be providing th
 e session via webinar *\n\nThe morning session will take place from 8:30
  am - 12:00 pm and the afternoon session will be from 1:30 pm - 4:45 pm.
  A nutrition break will also be provided at both in person session.\n\nP
 lease note that these sessions are FREE for IBAN members.\n\nEach sess
 ion will cover areas of risk, methods to reduce or control that risk, so
 urces of claims and what to do if a claim occurs. Systems and controls w
 ill be reviewed along with standard procedures and the role they play in
  operating a brokerage and in protecting against claims.  Case studies 
 will highlight problem areas, potential solutions and issues such as sta
