 s.\n\nWe will be offering two separate in-person sessions on June 16, 2
 025 (morning and afternoon) at the Sandman Hotel.  * To accommodate th
 ose brokerages located outside of St. John's we will also be providing t
 he session via webinar *\n\nThe morning session will take place from 8:3
 0 am - 12:00 pm and the afternoon session will be from 1:30 pm - 4:45 pm
 . A nutrition break will also be provided at both in person session.\n\n
 Please note that these sessions are FREE for IBAN members.\n\nEach ses
 sion will cover areas of risk, methods to reduce or control that risk, s
 ources of claims and what to do if a claim occurs. Systems and controls 
 will be reviewed along with standard procedures and the role they play i
 n operating a brokerage and in protecting against claims.  Case studies
  will highlight problem areas, potential solutions and issues such as st
