Session Details

Being an Insurance Professional requires a great deal.  Not only do we need to understand all of the mechanics around the selling of insurance, writing policies, and handling claims, we must also navigate the ethics and the good business practices associated with the Insurance Industry.

This webinar looks at how we apply those ethics and good business practices into the day to day activities and conversations of the Insurance Professional, including the following:

  • Issues and ethics around the collection, storage and sharing of client/customer information.
  • Considerations on the use of social media by Insurance Professionals.
  • Conversations/ situations that could constitute a breach of ethics or cause us to be unprofessional.
