Diagnostic Treatment Protocols - IBC Webinar

IBC will be presenting a webinar on Diagnostic Treatment Protocols for members based on impending changes resulting from the last auto review. The new diagnostic and treatment protocols will come into effect on December 2, 2024.

New diagnostic and treatment protocols under the Automobile Insurance Act will allow accident victims to get quicker and more affordable treatment, specific to the most common types of injuries resulting from an automobile accident: sprains, strains and whiplash associated disorders.

The presentation will cover the reforms, benefits and process, technical issues and application for insurers, legal overview, troubleshooting and a Q&A session.
