As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, many of our member brokerages have implemented business continuity plans (BCP) to ensure the safety of both staff and clients. Like many other organizations we are monitoring the situation, and in keeping with directives from Government and health authorities, are practicing social distancing. This means we are:

• using phone, email, and video conferencing rather than face to face meetings;
• encouraging clients to use phone, email, fax, text for communications and online banking /EFTs for Agency Bill payments rather than visiting broker offices.

Our Broker members remain fully operational and accessible; however, many are discouraging walk-in traffic so please confirm if offices are open to the public prior to visiting.
