The session will cover the area of risk, methods to reduce or control that risk, sources of claims and what to do if a potential claim  occurs.  Review systems and controls along with standard procedures and the role they play in operating a brokerage and in protecting against claims.  Case studies will highlight problem areas, potential solutions and issues such as standard practices.

Firms with 1 to 7 employees - 2 owners, managers or producers

Firms with 8 - 20 employees - 4 of owners, managers or producers

Firms with 21+ employees - 8 of owners, managers or producers
